No Guaranteed Results
Business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, funding, customers, profitability, business growth, or any other specific outcome. Client testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

Our services and materials are provided for business-development and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial adviser, or other qualified professional.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing deliverables, meetings deadlines, maintaining necessary licenses and registrations, and making their own business decisions. Vision To Venture is not responsible for results affected by inaccurate information, delayed responses, or a client's failure to implement recommendations.

Appointments and Cancellations
Clients should provide at least 24 hours notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be nonrefundable or subject to a rescheduling fee, as stated on the applicable booking page or service agreement.

Payments and Refunds
Prices and payment terms are displayed when service or product is purchased. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments must be received before services begin.

Completed services and delivered digital products are nonrefundable.

Deposits may become nonrefundable once work has started.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.

Payment - plan obligations remain due according to the agreed schedule.

Any different refund or cancellation terms shown on a service page, invoice, proposal, or signed agreement will control for that purchase.​
